What does RemyPass check when a pass is scanned?
RemyPass checks the connected record for current status, expiry, revocation, membership eligibility, ticket availability, remaining uses, and applicable access restrictions.
Can RemyPass prevent a ticket from being used twice?
Yes. Single-use and multi-use tickets are redeemed against their live record, with duplicate-scan protection and remaining-use tracking.
Can we track when members leave?
Yes. IN and OUT tracking can be enabled to calculate visit duration and show who is currently on site. Organisations that only need entry counts can disable OUT tracking.
Can scanners be used at multiple locations?
Yes. Scan events can be attributed to locations, with location-specific history, analytics, roll calls, and exports.
What happens if a member forgets their phone?
Authorised staff can record a manual check-in, or organisations can enable member PIN verification as an alternative.
Can we see who is currently in the building?
Yes. The roll-call report identifies currently checked-in members and groups them by location.
Can we customise the scanner experience?
Yes. Organisations can configure result durations, sounds, duplicate-scan timing, entry and exit tracking, automatic sign-out, welcome messages, and member PIN access.
Can attendance data be exported?
Yes. Staff can export filtered scan events, location roll calls, and attendance reports containing first check-in, last check-out, and total visit duration.
Does scanning work with printed passes?
Yes. The scanner can read supported codes presented from a digital wallet or printed credential.
Can access activity connect to other systems?
Yes. Scan events can trigger webhooks and remain connected to member, pass, ticket, event, loyalty, and reporting workflows.
